Austin Medical Solutions Private Limited was incorporated in 2004 having its registered office at Bengaluru, India. The overall management of the Company is vested with the Board of Directors of the Company and Dr. Randall Scott Hickle is the Managing Director. The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Grace Life LP, a limited partnership located in Lubbock, Texas, organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America.
